Private Function Policy

1. In order for the chef to purchase the food required, menu selections must be submitted no later than ten
(10) days prior to your function.
2. You must furnish the catering department with a guaranteed number of people who will attend no later than forty eight (48) hours prior to your function. Charges will be based on no less than your guaranteed number. Woodland will be able to prepare for a moderate number in excess of your guarantee number 24 hours in prior to the function.
3. An advance deposit $500.00 is required to reserve the date and time of each function. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit will be applied towards the final cost. The Balance is to be paid two weeks prior to the function unless other arrangements have been made.
4. If during the function additional food and beverage is requested, above and beyond that previously agreed upon it will be the chef’s choice based on availability of food products. Any additional cost incurred will be payable upon receipt of invoice at the end of the function.
5. All food to be consumed on the property.
